Mail Boxes: The Chase and The Reserve
The purchase and installation of any mailbox must conform to USPS regulations. Should a mailbox or mailbox mounting post need to be replaced, unit owners should replace with same model and color (Black) as installed by builder. If original model and color is no longer available, homeowners should contact a Board or Architectural Review Committee member for further assistance with mailbox availability and selection.
To preserve a uniform appearance in our community, the only mailbox and its support structure allowed will be that which appears identical to the original provided by The David Cutler Group.
