The fourth largest snowfall in Philadelphia area history ended around midnight this past Saturday, January 23rd. The HOA’s snow contractor has been on site since the morning hours of Sunday, January 24th, and will be working throughout the night to make things passable by morning for the 196 driveways they need to clear in the Chase and the Reserve. In some instances, that clearing will be a two step process involving different equipment at different times. Thank you to all homeowners for their patience.
