Diamond Community Services (“DCS”) will succeed Hershey’s Mill Management as Malvern Hunt’s property manager effective January 1, 2016. Based in Spring City, PA, DCS was formed by President, Ed Griffith, to provide a smaller and more personalized alternative to the larger Association management firms in the area who tend to experience frequent property manager turnover. By growing DCS at a limited rate and securing personnel who are committed for the long haul, DCS has been able to provide the personal and hands on service that clients, like Malvern Hunt, deserve. Mr. Griffith is very familiar with Malvern Hunt as he has been providing the financial reporting information as part of the overall functions at Hershey’s Mill Management. Additionally, DCS will provide Malvern Hunt with a dedicated property manager to meet the needs and expectations of the community.
