A recent decision by The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has implications for all homeowners in the Malvern Hunt community. Based on the Court’s June 10, 2015 Order and Opinion, Ridings homeowners will no longer be charged assessments by the Malvern Hunt Homeowners Association (the “HOA”).
The Board will be holding a special meeting to outline and discuss the recent decision and its financial implications for the community. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. with registration beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Great Valley Sheraton hotel on Lancaster Avenue in Frazer. All homeowners are invited to attend.
