The Board of Directors (“Board”) for the Malvern Hunt Homeowners Association (“HOA”) is pleased to announce the hiring of Hershey’s Mill Management as our new community management company. Jeff Bevan, Chief Executive Officer of Hershey’s Mill, will be Malvern Hunt’s dedicated community contact and is looking forward to managing the daily and ongoing aspects of the community.
The HOA Board made the decision to change our management company for several reasons. After a careful vetting and interviewing process, Hershey’s Mill was chosen for its ability to provide more personalized attention and on-site visitation. Another consideration was the fact that Hershey’s Mill Management is locally owned and operated. Lastly, the Board was able to negotiate a favorable 3-year contract that helps the HOA maintain fiscal certainty within our budgeting process.
